My husband and I are foodies. We do not just like to eat good food, we like to make good food. We pride ourselves on having the right tools for each task. I have to say that I did not realize how lacking our previous Spatulas actually were. This set of Anmarko Professional Spatulas comes as a pair of spatulas. These tools are perfectly weighted and both feels very good in hand. The first one is a long thin flexible rounded offset spatula that is perfect for turning fish or picking up cookies from the sheet pan. The second Spatula is a shorter thicker offset spatula with beveled edges, that is perfect for picking up heavier items or scraping up the fond at the bottom of the pan or even chopping up food in the pan or on the grill! I really love these tools and I wish we had had them long ago!
